Bunting Brixham Cottage is a 3 bedroom marine town house conveniently situated near to Berry Head nature reserve and Shoalstone beach, situated in a quiet residential area with easy parking about a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike.

Ground Floor; Large entrance conservatory set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky, dining table and 6 chairs. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and dressing table. Panoramic views across the bay. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with Bath, shower-over, WC and wash basin.

Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay.

Bunting Brixham Cottage has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available if required.
